Rule 1

Due to the nature of the merchandise there are no refunds, returns or replacements other than for damage during shipping

Rule 2

Orders are shipped via mail within 3-5 days once payment has cleared. Shipping to USA can take 3-7 days. If you require courier delivery you may request it at an additional charge.

Rule 3

All custom orders require 2-3 week lead time.
